The aim of Harlequins Rugby League Community Team is to create opportunities for players of any age or ability to participate in rugby league in school, college, university and ultimately clubs. By building good relationships with schools and creating and promoting pathways to local clubs, we aim to boost the number of players participating and in turn gradually raise playing standards.

The capital is blessed with the best talent pool in the country. We are working closer to the football department to identify the best young athletes to enter our talent programmes, and ultimately generate more home-grown Harlequins Rugby League stars to join those who have emerged over recent years.
