James GiblinDevelopment ManagerJimmy was born in New York but grew up in more familiar Rugby league territory in Huddersfield. He got involved in Rugby league at school before joining his local amateur team, Mold Green. In 2002, Jimmy enrolled at Leeds Metropolitan University and where he went on to enjoy a glittering career in Student Rugby league, captaining Ireland students from 2004 to 2007 and representing Great Britain students in the Ashes in 2006 and 2007. He was also a member of the GB Community Lions Team that beat France A in November 2007. Chris BaxterCommunity Rugby League CoachChris grew up in the rugby league hotbed of West Cumbria, supporting Workington Town. Chris played Rugby league and Rugby union as a youth before moving south to attend university. Chris has a huge level of experience in coaching both Rugby union and league, working as a community coach for several years at Rugby union club, London Wasps. London Wasps' loss became Harlequins RL's gain when Chris returned to his Rugby league roots, joining the team in September 2007. Chris brings a wealth of coaching experience and huge passion for Rugby league to the team and is already making his mark in the schools of North Surrey. |

Paul DooleyCommunity Rugby League CoachBorn in Teesside and raised in York, Paul’s passion has always been sport and especially rugby league. An all round athlete he has represented Yorkshire in rugby league and union as well as North Yorkshire Athletics in 100m and 400m. Paul enjoyed a spell as head coach of North Yorkshire RL Service Area and Assistant Coach of Yorkshire RL and was also head coach of York City Knights scholarship. Before joining Quins RL, Paul worked in a school responsible for all aspects of PE, from delivery to structure and planning. The school became the number one sporting school in York and gained regional success in a number of sports across a range of age groups.

Adam KyleCommunity Rugby League CoachAdam hails from Canberra, Australia where he started his rugby league playing career aged seven. Adam studied at Erindale College and was involved in the Talented sports program for Rugby League. He moved to England in 2007 and has been playing and coaching in Birmingham for the Bulldogs. Adam has coached various age groups for Birmingham, but in 2009 took on head coach of the open age side and then took higher honors in becoming assistant coach with West Midlands under 16. |

Darren PugsleyCommunity Rugby League CoachDarren was born and bred in the heart of Welsh rugby beginning with Rugby Union before starting his Rugby League Career at University of Gloucestershire in 2000. After a highly successful 3 years as player and coach, including regional representation Darren pursued a career in the Health and Fitness industry, before joining Harlequins Rugby League in September 2009. Darren aim’s to use his personal training and coaching experience to help the Richmond Warriors become a Super-power of London and the South and to ensure the Harlequins Community Team are best in Super League. |

Aran QuinCommunity Rugby League CoachAran hails from Essex, where he started his rugby playing career aged nine. Aran studied at St Mary’s University and graduated in 2008 with a BSc in Sports Science. Whilst at St Mary’s, Aran made the transition from union to rugby league, and captained the college first team. He also played for the England students team. Aran joined the community team in August 2008 as the West London Women and Girls Community Sports Coach. Since starting, Aran has successfully set up London’s first girls rugby league team, West London Jets. With regular curriculum and after-school clubs coaching, he will be looking to develop new age groups and drive girls rugby league in London. |
