Harlequins Reserves defeat Hull KR

Although the win was convincing, it wasn't until 19 minutes in that Quins got the scoring underway with some smart play that allowed Dwayne Barker to score under the posts. Dennis Tuffour's conversion was successful.
Harlequins extended their lead when hard running Lloyd Pullen forced his way over under the post, the conversion was again successful.

After 35 minutes, the hard working Dylan Skee widened the gap further for the Quins when he crossed the line out wide, the conversion unsuccessful this time around.

Harlequins Reserves defence worked hard to keep out Hull KR but on 36 minutes and on the back of 3 penalties Hull KR scored their first points to go in at half time 16 points to 4 down.

In the second half the Quins maintained their control of the game and on 48 minutes a fine offload by Dwayne Barker allowed Jimmy Giblin to register his first try on his debut. The conversion was again unsuccessful.

Hull KR got their second try of the game in the 58th minute but Quins hit back when the impressive Dylan Skee out smarted and out stepped the Hull KR defence to score his second try under the posts. With the conversion successful Harlequins finished the game deserving winners ' the final score 26 points to 8.
