Goals: Tony Gigot (4).

Quins were in complete control of the game and should have extended their lead on two more occasions but for some desperate defending from Hull KR to keep Quins out.
Hull KR soon levelled the scores when a missed tackle allowed them to score out wide, however Quins quickly went back in front again when a cross-field kick from Dylan Skee allowed Lamont Bryan to out jump the Hull KR winger and score his second of the game.
Unfortunately Quins the appeared lose their way and with Hull KR pushing hard and quick play-the-balls, they scored four unanswered tries in a 15 minute spell to go in at half time leading Quins 26 points to 8.
Second half, and Quins knew that they needed to score first first, which they did, when Luke May powered over and with Tony Gigot kicking the extras Quins where back in the game.
Quins were now on the front foot and pushing hard and this paid off as they scored twice more to level the scores with tries from Ben Bolger and Jamie O'Callaghan. Yet, despite all their efforts, Quins just could not find their way through to pull into the lead.
Hull KR came back and scored two quick tries to seal the points. Quins did respond when Dylan Skee forced his way over but Hull KR had the final say with a drop goal with only one minute remaining.
