Dwayne joined his local amateur club Milford in 1999, before progressing to sign for Leeds Rhinos Academy. Dwayne signed a full professional contract at Leeds in 2003, after concluding his Academy career by gaining England Academy honours against the Australian Schoolboys in 2002.
Dwayne is no stranger to Rugby league in the Capital after making his Super League debut for London during a brief loan spell at the Broncos in 2004. In 2005, following a brief loan spell at Craven Park, Dwayne moved to Hull Kingston Rovers, who were rebuilding in their quest for Super League. After some 50 appearances for the Robins, Dwayne moved prior to the 2007 season to assist Castleford in their ultimately successful bid for Super League status.
Dwayne is a highly versatile player who can play at centre, stand-off or in the back-row. He possesses good ball skills and is noted for a superb offload. A good link player, with good pace, Dwayne will be a good addition to the Quins forward pack.
