Dylan is an enterprising, goal-kicking half-back who featured prominently in the Reserve Grade academy during both 2007 and 2008.

Dylan trained with the first grade squad preseason in 2008; a period that culminated in making an appearance in that year's Capital Challenge against London Skolars.

A leading figure in the Reserves during 2008, Dylan made his first grade debut in July against Castleford at the Stoop.

Dylan left Quins at the end of the 2009 season.
